Eti Ben Simon, PhD
Dr. Eti Ben Simon is a leading sleep science researcher at the world-renowned Center for Human Sleep Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
Her primary research area is the social and emotional consequences of sleep loss on the human brain and body. Using functional MRI and electrical brain recordings, she examines the neural processes that underlie emotional dysregulation following lack of sleep and the restoration of these processes after a rested night of sleep.
Dr. Ben Simon has authored numerous scientific articles on sleep for major journals including The American Journal of Medicine, PLoS Biology, Psychosomatic Medicine and many others. Her work and expertise have been featured in media outlets including CNN, Nature, The Guardian, Scientific American, The Washington Post, The New York Times and more.
Dehra Harris, MD
Dehra Harris designs and maximizes adaptive learning environments across high performance settings to enable fast-paced growth and improvement for diverse populations including medical professionals, first responders, executives, creative professionals, military service members and professional athletes.

Dehra previously worked as the Director of Performance Research and Education for the Toronto Blue Jays and prior to that was Director of Wellness and High Performance for graduate medical education at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
Jen Labrecque, PhD
Dr. Jen Labrecque is a Teaching Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Oklahoma State University and she completed her PhD in social psychology from the University of Southern California in the lab of Dr. Wendy Wood.
Jen’s research focuses on consumer and health behavior change and she is particularly interested in why change is so difficult to maintain, and she develops and evaluates strategies to promote lasting change.
She has been a co-author of papers published in leading journals including The Journal of Experimental Social Psychology and The Journal of the Experimental Analysis of Behavior and her expertise and research have been featured in numerous media outlets.
Lia Ramirez Siebert
Lia Ramirez Siebert is a design-focused product executive and has built products that span education (Cleo AI, Craftsy), community (ModCloth, Strava), health (Redesign Health, stealth) and more. As a founding member and lecturer at the Stanford d.school, Lia coached hundreds of student, startup, Fortune 100, and non-profit teams globally on product innovation. Her work on Design for Healthy Behaviors has been featured in Curious Acts for Creative People and by the Stanford GSB.
